Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
Personalised treatments to relieve pain and improve your mobility.
What is physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy is conceived as a discipline that combines the art and science of physical treatment to prevent, restore, and improve bodily functions. It is based on the use of physical agents such as therapeutic movement, heat, cold, electricity, water, and light, applied in a controlled and personalized way. Furthermore, physiotherapy involves performing manual and functional tests aimed at assessing muscle strength, joint mobility, respiratory capacity, and other vital functions, serving as a diagnostic and clinical follow-up tool in multiple pathologies.
In our country, Physiotherapy is a discipline included in the Law on the Regulation of Health Professions.
At Esnatu, we help you treat and recover from different injuries, both musculoskeletal and neurological. Our physiotherapists are trained in various techniques such as myofascial release, myotensive methods, neurodynamics, dry needling, and kinesiotaping, so that after an individualized assessment, we can apply the treatment that best suits each person.
